Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and energetic Partnerships and Community Manager to grow the organization’s network across schools in the MENA region and to represent CounsellingX within the wider education community.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and secure collaborations with schools throughout the MENA region.
• Connect with school principals, counsellors, directors, and other senior stakeholders to present CounsellingX’s services.
• Foster lasting relationships with school leadership and key decision-makers in education.
• Arrange and win opportunities for university admissions webinars, career guidance sessions, parent information sessions, and student workshops.
• Represent the company at meetings, presentations, networking events, and school visits.
• Record short-form video content at schools, events, and other locations to support social media promotion of higher education opportunities.
• Work with the counselling team to turn partnerships into student enrolments.
• Track outreach, meetings, partnerships, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Work toward monthly targets for partnerships and student referrals.

Candidate Profile

This role suits an entry-level to mid-level professional with 1–4 years of experience. Backgrounds in sales, business development, client relations, or education services are preferred. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in both spoken and written form, can confidently engage with C-level leaders and school management, and is comfortable presenting, networking, and appearing on video. Strong self-management and organisation are important, along with the ability to work independently. A valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the MENA region are preferred.
