About the Role
Join our team as a Partnership Specialist (NPO), where you will establish and nurture strategic alliances with Non-Profit Organizations, educational institutions, employment support services, and other key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in facilitating successful service delivery by maintaining effective partner relations, tracking performance, and contributing to continuous improvement. Your role will involve both field visits and close collaboration with internal teams to align with organizational goals and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and liaise with community partners that provide support services across domains such as mental health, education, employment, legal aid, and addiction recovery.
- Cultivate and manage ongoing relationships with both current and new partners.
- Organize regular meetings, document essential discussions, and supply actionable feedback for partnership enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards to ensure partner alignment.
- Compile accurate weekly and monthly reports, ensuring thorough documentation in organizational systems.
- Assist with onboarding processes and offer technical advice to partner organizations to strengthen collaboration.
- Maintain oversight of compliance and escalate any risks or issues that arise during partnership management.
- Liaise with internal teams to reach shared service delivery objectives, and support process optimization initiatives.
- Travel to partner and stakeholder locations as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in non-governmental organizations, stakeholder engagement, procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
- Background working with public sector or government-sponsored programs is mandatory.
- Proven capabilities building and sustaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Preferably, experience supporting initiatives focused on community impact.
- Must possess a valid driving license and reliable transportation.
