Job description

About the Role

FC Dallas is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to build strong relationships with corporate partners and manage the delivery of contractual commitments across FC Dallas, Toyota Stadium, Toyota Soccer Center, and other assigned properties. This role combines partner account management, activation planning, creative marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination. It also supports the partnership marketing group on special events and live activations such as player appearances, signature events, clinics, and other strategic programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned corporate partners, coordinating with internal teams to make sure agreed partnership elements are delivered consistently.
  • Work with partners to define clear, measurable business goals and connect those goals to the value of working with FC Dallas, Toyota Stadium, Toyota Soccer Center, and related properties.
  • Prepare and present recap materials after major initiatives, including mid-season and post-season updates, to communicate performance, value delivered, and key learnings.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation, including photos, affidavits, event summaries, reports, and CRM/KORE updates so records stay accurate and deliverables remain on track.
  • Build and manage partnership activation plans that use available assets effectively and support brand alignment and partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to help drive profitable long-term revenue growth.
  • Support special events through planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Handle game-day and event duties such as activation setup, client hospitality, and completion of partnership obligations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with corporate partners and internal teams across all channels to coordinate upcoming marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Keep ongoing communication aligned across the Partnership Marketing and Corporate Partnerships teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4 to 6 years of successful partnership marketing experience, ideally with a major league professional sports team, agency, or high-profile entertainment organization.
  • Proven client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service instincts and a mindset focused on improving outcomes.
  • Experience creating marketing plans and promotions from initial concept through final execution.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/KORE system management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Photography and photo editing experience would be an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate, polished work within deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A clean and reliable driving record is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfort working outdoors in weather conditions that may be very hot, cold, wet, or humid.
