Location and working arrangement
This position requires candidates to be based in the Republic of Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available. The role offers flexible working, with the expectation of attending the office once per quarter.
Compensation and benefits
The salary for this position is €55,000. Role overview
The Country Partnerships Manager for Ireland is responsible for building and managing a high-quality network of benefits, insurance, and retail partners for the Benifex OneHub Marketplace and Discounts platform. Success in this role depends on the strength, relevance, and long-term performance of the partnerships, not simply on the number of deals completed.
The job calls for careful partner selection, strong market awareness, and the ability to shape appealing value propositions. You will manage the partnership journey from research and sourcing through onboarding and long-term optimisation, ensuring the Irish marketplace delivers meaningful value for clients and their employees.
Key responsibilities
You will work with a high level of independence to create and grow a well-balanced partner ecosystem in Ireland. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial judgement, and the ability to turn business direction into practical execution.
