Job description
Role overview
This is a remote Partner Success Manager opportunity for candidates based in the United States. The role is being advertised on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps.
You will lead growth across a portfolio of specialty pharmacy partners, with a strong focus on increasing referral volume. The position combines account ownership, onboarding, relationship management, and operational problem-solving in support of a home-based care platform that connects patients to nursing services for infusion therapy. Success in this role depends on building trusted partnerships, spotting growth blockers, and putting practical solutions in place that drive repeatable expansion.
The environment is fast-moving and mission-driven, and the role requires close coordination with pharmacy operators, nursing leaders, clinical teams, operations, and care coordination partners. Performance will be evaluated based on sustained quarter-over-quarter growth in referrals and the rollout of new partner geographies.
Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of specialty pharmacy accounts and steadily increase referral volume and partner engagement.
- Create and execute account-specific growth plans by identifying performance gaps and introducing targeted improvements that raise utilization.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders such as branch managers, Directors of Nursing, and care coordination teams.
- Oversee onboarding and launch of new partner geographies, making sure first referrals happen within the expected rollout timeline.
- Run regular business reviews and partner meetings to discuss performance, growth opportunities, and operational enhancements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner concerns and work with internal clinical, operations, and technical teams to clear obstacles to growth.
- Track account health, monitor referral trends, and keep CRM data accurate to support planning and forecasting.
- Spot successful patterns across accounts and turn them into repeatable best practices that can scale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or sales within B2B healthcare, SaaS, or healthcare services.
- A demonstrated record of managing a portfolio of accounts while delivering measurable gains in volume or revenue.
- Ability to review account performance data and turn findings into practical growth actions.
- Experience working with clinical, operational, or other healthcare stakeholders in complex service settings.
- History of successfully onboarding users and encouraging adoption of digital tools or platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both frontline staff and senior leaders.
- Comfort working across teams and navigating ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and comfort using dashboards to monitor performance and guide decisions.
Benefits and compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary plus quarterly variable pay tied to portfolio performance. Total on-target earnings are approximately $105,000 to $115,200 per year.
- Equity grant with long-term upside and possible refresh awards.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Unlimited PTO with a minimum required amount of time off.
- Paid parental leave and family support benefits.
- Home office support, including phone and internet stipends.
- Annual learning and development stipend.
- Flexible remote setup with US working hours.
