About the role
Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) is building the next generation of business-to-business travel commerce. The platform helps global banks, airlines, and loyalty partners launch high-quality travel experiences using Hopper’s supply, products, and AI-driven personalization. This position is for a Partner Success Consultant who will work closely with senior leaders across a worldwide partner network to unlock business growth through strategic advice and platform optimization. The role combines consulting, product strategy, analytics, and execution to help partners get full value from the HTS Commerce platform.
What your day-to-day will include
- Create and run growth plans that improve revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel offerings, including loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing.
- Facilitate executive business reviews with C-suite and senior stakeholders, turning partner objectives into practical plans and measurable results.
- Act as the main strategic contact for your partner portfolio, developing strong relationships with leadership teams and keeping priorities aligned.
- Use platform data to spot performance gaps and growth opportunities, then build and advocate for initiatives that improve outcomes.
- Convert partner business needs into scalable product solutions by partnering with internal product and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence the roadmap.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Work directly with partner teams onsite when required to align on strategy, execution, and performance.
- Lead onboarding for new partners onto the HTS Commerce platform and help them achieve value quickly.
- Track partner health indicators, identify risks early, and help resolve issues before they affect results.
- Document repeatable best practices, playbooks, and operating frameworks that can be used across the global partner ecosystem.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within technology, travel, or e-commerce. They are comfortable influencing senior decision-makers, can turn complex data into clear action, and bring strong executive communication skills. A strategic mindset, strong execution habits, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment are also important. Background in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.

- Competitive salary with the potential upside of pre-IPO equity in a well-funded startup.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- Carrot Cash travel stipend.
- Access to on-demand coworking through FlexDesk and a work-from-home stipend.
- Very generous parental leave, above typical industry norms.
- Entrepreneurial environment that encourages bold thinking and calculated risk-taking.

About Hopper
Hopper’s mission is to become the world’s leading travel platform, supporting both its consumer app and website as well as its B2B business, HTS. Hopper’s platform reaches hundreds of millions of travelers worldwide, has been downloaded more than 120 million times, and is especially popular with Gen Z and millennial users. Over time, Hopper has expanded into a travel fintech provider, commerce platform, and global travel agency powering major brands.
Through HTS, Hopper helps partners strengthen their direct channels by integrating fintech products or powering full travel booking portals.
