Overview

The North America Creator & Partner Monetization team is responsible for commercializing and executing go-to-market strategies for TikTok One (TTO) and creator-driven revenue solutions across the NA agency and brand sectors. This role intersects product marketing and partner management, focusing on driving adoption and growth of TikTok One Platforms within North American creator marketing agencies.

Role Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead go-to-market initiatives, nurturing existing partnerships while expanding new ones aimed at brands investing in creator marketing and TikTok advertising. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including product, strategy, legal, partner enablement, and marketing to innovate how consumers engage with products and experiences on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and partner sales for a key TikTok One feature, enhancing usage among creator agencies and brands via targeted pitching, seamless onboarding, and execution.
  • Oversee core business operations such as annual planning, setting OKRs, reporting, and contract management, swiftly addressing any operational challenges.
  • Drive adoption of creative product integrations and solutions, ensuring successful launches and market localization across various North American regions.
  • Create resources including playbooks, templates, and best practice guidelines (e.g., creator briefs, compensation models, style guides) for creators and brands.
  • Manage complex partner integrations through effective project management.
  • Analyze data rigorously to interpret business and partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Identify scaling opportunities for existing solutions to benefit more businesses and creators.
  • Design and execute intricate programs and integration strategies with strategic partners to amplify TikTok advertising, discovery, and creator monetization.
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments, independently solving problems and driving initiatives to completion with accountability.
  • Source and vet new partnerships aligned with overarching creator marketing goals.
  • Represent TikTok professionally in executive meetings with external companies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, or commercialization preferably within marketplaces, creator economy, adtech/martech, or platform businesses.
  • Strong product intuition with the ability to evaluate product-market fit, prioritize features based on partner and business impact, and provide structured product feedback beyond partner requests.
  • Proven analytical skills, capable of constructing business cases, sizing market opportunities, and interpreting performance data to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to produce polished executive narratives and materials for partners and leadership.
  • Experience in designing or launching packaged or bundled product solutions, including pricing and service tiers.
  • Ability to operate confidently in ambiguous settings and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in creator economy ecosystems, influencer marketplaces, or social platforms.
  • Knowledge of creator and agency compensation models, including flat fee, performance-based, affiliate marketing, and understanding of branded content rights and intellectual property basics.
  • Background with agencies or adtech/martech platforms, knowledgeable about how agencies assess and adopt platform tools.
  • Experience in localizing or scaling products and solutions across different markets or regions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position in New York ranges annually from $108,000 to $220,400, influenced by qualifications and experience. Employees gain immediate access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellness benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 paid personal days, with accrual increasing over tenure.
