  • Perform only basic clean-up related to your activities or children's meals; no additional household chores.
  • Care for children ranging from infants to toddlers, with greatest demand for infants under two years old.
  • Ensure children's safety while leading age-appropriate, hands-on activities based on your observations of their development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay between $23.00 and $26.50.
  • Paid training and a provided nanny kit with suitable activities and games for childcare assignments.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and priority consideration for full- or part-time consistent nanny placements.
  • Paid sick time available for both part-time and full-time schedules.
  • Benefits for full-time employees include: medical stipend, paid vacation and holidays, student loan repayment matching, and retirement savings matching.
  • Additional perks include mileage stipends, bonuses based on positive feedback, social contests, and community events to foster connection and support.
  • Employment on a W-2 basis with unemployment insurance and resume-building experience.

Applicant Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Experience with children, paid or unpaid, including mandatory infant care experience.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness and capability to travel to various family homes in the region.
  • Availability to work three or more weekdays in shifts lasting 6 to 8 hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness to the staffing supervisor, and a friendly, positive demeanor when meeting families.
