Job Overview
This part-time role is for a Candidate Engagement Coordinator based in Denver, CO, with remote working flexibility. The position focuses on keeping candidates informed, connected, and supported throughout the recruitment journey.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to prospective candidates by phone, email, and messaging tools.
- Have brief conversations to understand candidate interest and whether the role is a fit.
- Follow up with candidates and internal or client stakeholders to keep communication on track.
- Organize interview schedules and stay in touch with candidates during hiring.
- Answer client emails and recruitment-related questions in a timely manner.
- Develop and nurture relationships with professionals and potential candidates.
- Help create a smooth and positive experience for candidates before and during interviews.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with different people professionally.
- Solid follow-up habits and strong coordination skills.
- Comfort working with candidates and clients in a professional setting.
- Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, customer engagement, or a closely related role is preferred.
