Paint Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a Paint Consultant to join Birla Opus Paints at our Benaulim, Goa location. This full-time role offers an in-hand monthly salary of ₹20,500, along with performance-based incentives, career growth opportunities, and training support.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in choosing suitable paint products, colors, and painting solutions
• Inform clients about features, benefits, and proper use of products
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Drive sales and meet set targets
• Build lasting relationships with customers, contractors, and painters
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and customer assistance
• Manage product displays and maintain adequate stock levels
• Keep abreast of product range updates, color trends, and ongoing promotions

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: HSC pass or graduate
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic proficiency in sales and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation to learn and develop within a retail sales setting

Preferred Profile

• Fresh candidates eager to start a career in retail sales
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, paints, hardware, or building materials is advantageous
