Role Overview
As a Package Consultant focused on Workday Talent Management, you will help clients deploy and support the Talent Management module within their business environment. The position combines consulting capability, domain understanding, and package implementation expertise to shape a solution aligned to the client’s goals and operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning for Workday Talent Management implementation and ensure the solution fits smoothly into the client’s business landscape.
- Carry out fit-gap analysis to understand client needs and translate them into the right system setup.
- Configure the solution, perform unit-level testing, and provide support after go-live when required.
- Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues across HR modules and deliver timely fixes.
- Work with clients continuously to support adoption and make sure the solution continues to meet business objectives.
Required Expertise
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Talent Management, including planning, configuration, and testing.
- Strong consulting ability to adapt packaged solutions for client environments and outcomes.
- Good understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.
- Capability in system configuration and unit testing for Workday-based solutions.
- Experience resolving functional and configuration issues across HR modules.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to packaged HR solutions and experience integrating them into client environments.
- Understanding of HR processes such as talent management, recruitment, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of configuring and testing multiple Workday modules for reliable implementation.
Education
A master’s degree is preferred for this position.
