Job description
Role Overview
Firstunion is hiring an Overseas Product Manager to support its U.S. market operations from City of Industry, California. This role focuses on product strategy, market execution, and coordination across internal teams to meet customer and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in the “Iron Triangle” to address customer requirements, including technical product support and pricing assistance.
- Research the market and review competitors to spot trends and turn findings into actionable product improvements.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle for the U.S. local market, from development and pricing through go-to-market launch and problem resolution.
- Provide strategic input to leadership to help guide product planning and key business decisions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or another related technical discipline is required.
- Prior experience in an FAE, engineering, or similar technical position is considered an advantage.
- Applicants must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of product planning experience in consumer electronics is needed.
- Strong knowledge of structural and industrial design is important, along with creativity and a solid eye for aesthetics.
- Comfort working with teams across regions, including China and the U.S., is essential.
- A self-driven, goal-focused approach is expected.
