Overnight Associate

Overview

The Overnight Associate contributes to Walmart Canada's customer service by efficiently managing merchandise receiving and flow to the sales floor during overnight shifts. Key responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing goods, and maintaining a safe and orderly work setting. This role involves teamwork and strategic planning aligned with workload and operational needs.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening through merchandising and labeling
• Set up and sign merchandise features
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom storage bins
• Move pallets between storage and sales floor overnight for processing
• Support stocking the sales floor and assist customers when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing safety checks

Compensation

The base hourly wage for this position begins at $18.00 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
