Role Summary

We are recruiting a dynamic Outsourcing Sales Manager focused on the banking sector within Saudi Arabia. This role blends new business development—initiating relationships with high-value clients—and comprehensive account management. Responsibilities include securing contract renewals, expanding sales within existing accounts, and establishing Advansys as the foremost strategic staffing and offshore partner in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven territory plan to increase Advansys’ outsourcing business across targeted KSA industries.
  • Lead end-to-end management of complex enterprise bids including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, crafting persuasive proposals and competitive commercial offers.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a minimum of 30% originates from qualified new enterprise opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly sales forecasts and market analyses to senior leadership for revenue and budgeting decisions.
  • Act as the main executive liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, securing prompt contract renewals and sustaining industry-leading retention rates.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover client operational needs, promoting expanded offshore delivery teams and capacity.
  • Manage the onboarding process for at least two major new enterprise clients annually, ensuring smooth integration with delivery centers.
  • Continuously monitor account health and advocate internally to align service delivery with client expectations and SLA commitments.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and IT directors across KSA enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Marketing teams to align offerings with client strategic goals.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence within the GCC IT staffing and outsourcing market to articulate Advansys’ unique value effectively.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with an extensive professional network across the region.
  • Minimum five years of proven success in Enterprise B2B Solution Sales, Account Management, or Client Success in the Saudi IT services or software markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing complex IT professional services, IT outsourcing, or Offshore/Nearshore Delivery Center arrangements.
  • Strong commercial skills including negotiation, contract construction, and closing, accompanied by consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools for detailed reporting.
