Position Overview

The role calls for a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative focused on expanding new business within a designated territory. Success in this position depends on the ability to identify leads, close multifaceted contracts, and establish lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Key Duties

• Identify and qualify sales prospects within the assigned region through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and onsite visits
• Perform facility assessments and deliver detailed presentations regarding uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
• Create customized proposals and secure long-term service contracts spanning multiple years
• Use CRM software to accurately record and maintain client information and sales activities
• Achieve or surpass set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, with anticipated first-year earnings ranging between $50,000 and $100,000 including commissions

Desired Qualifications

• Between zero and two years of experience in B2B sales; candidates with backgrounds in uniform rental, industrial supplies, waste management, safety equipment, or janitorial services are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and manage complete sales processes effectively
• Strong skills in negotiation and contract closure
• Highly self-driven and goal-focused
• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable personal vehicle
• Compliance with UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance policies required for employees using personal vehicles for work purposes
