Outside Sales Representative (International)

About the Role

This position, offered via a partner company based in Ireland, invites a skilled sales professional to foster relationships with businesses globally, addressing their critical technology needs through customized solutions. The role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects and setting appointments to conducting client meetings and closing deals.

Focused on technology-driven business development in a B2B international environment, the role revolves around solutions such as managed services, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, connectivity, and communication tools. Remote work is supported, enabling collaboration with a diverse international team and growth in sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound prospecting through high volume calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments — targeting about 100 calls daily and a minimum of 3 qualified appointments each week.
• Complete initial inside sales training and partner with seasoned sales representatives to master company offerings and sales methodologies.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their technical challenges and propose fitting solutions.
• Lead sales negotiations and close deals by effectively communicating value propositions.
• Establish and nurture client relationships by actively listening and employing consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain a proactive, goal-focused mindset contributing to team objectives and company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, ideally within technology, services, or solution sales.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging prospects, presenting ideas convincingly, and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Enthusiastic, extroverted personality with a genuine interest in customer engagement and assistance.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, comfortable with ambitious sales targets.
• Agile decision-making abilities and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent listening abilities combined with curiosity and humility to understand client needs thoroughly.
• Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's or associate degree are preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to successfully pass online behavioral and cognitive assessments.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours weekly), Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
• Remote working requirements include possessing a computer meeting specified technical criteria (minimum 8GB RAM, Intel i5 processor, Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur or later), a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload/download speeds, a quality noise-cancelling headset, and a mobile device capable of supporting authentication apps.
