Job Overview

We are seeking an Outbound Telecaller to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in car loans and guiding them through the loan process to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers interested in car loan products by outbound calls.
• Clearly explain car loan features, applicable interest rates, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Identify and generate qualified leads for both new and used car loans.
• Conduct continuous follow-ups ensuring smooth progression of the loan application process from start to finish.
• Collect necessary documents from customers and liaise effectively with sales and loan processing departments.
• Maintain precise and complete records of all calls and customer interactions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service throughout the loan journey.
• Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to calls made and loan conversions achieved.
