Job description
Role overview
Upcision is looking for an outbound SDR and appointment setter to help drive more revenue for businesses. The company is a performance-based lead generation provider that works with clients ranging from small and medium businesses to Fortune 500 brands. Because clients only pay when sales-qualified leads are delivered, the role is centered on conversations that solve a clear business problem rather than selling an uncertain offer.
The business reports that it delivered more than 20,000 leads last year and contributed multiple eight figures in pipeline.
What you will do
You will spend most of your day on outbound calls, making around 200 to 250 dials daily from prospect lists that are enhanced with behavioral targeting. The goal is to spend more time in meaningful conversations and less time leaving voicemails. You will connect quickly with business owners and budget holders, secure qualified meetings for the Founder, and also handle warm inbound leads coming through email and advertising. Follow-up on missed appointments is also part of the role, so the day does not start from zero every morning.
Compensation and growth
The role comes with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions tied to deals closed through the appointments you set. There is also a defined opportunity to move into an Account Executive position within 6 to 9 months. The company is looking for people who want to grow into closing roles.
Who fits this role
The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of outbound dialing experience and can point to measurable results. You should have a verifiable record of meeting commission and target expectations, be comfortable working across CRM tools, and be careful with written handoffs so that nothing is missed.
Additional note
Applicants are expected to complete an external application form to be considered.
