Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Operate within a designated territory, following a daily route to provide scheduled services.
- Complete all necessary service documentation with accuracy.
- Inspect and diagnose pest problems thoroughly to recommend best solutions.
- Deliver innovative, tailored pest control treatments that fulfill client needs.
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally to build customer trust.
- Represent the Orkin brand with pride and dedication in your community.
- Work across various physical environments such as rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
- Drive and operate a company vehicle safely as part of daily duties.
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds when required.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols in all tasks, equipment usage, and customer interactions.
- Perform work in a variety of weather conditions, including outdoor environments.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED credential.
- Valid driver’s license held by the candidate.
- Strong skills in communication and active listening.
- Empathy combined with effective problem-solving abilities.

- Professionalism, reliability, and a self-driven attitude.
Physical Job Requirements and Work Environment
- Capability to safely use ladders within specified weight limits.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable accessing various confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics, including climbing and balancing.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators compliant with OSHA standards.
- Preparedness to work under different weather conditions ranging from indoors to outdoors.
Work Schedule
The position requires working Tuesday through Saturday, taking Sundays and Mondays off routinely. Consistent availability during these days is expected.
