Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our Hyderabad office. This position requires relocation and offers the chance to contribute in a dynamic environment by leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud applications. You will work closely with HR teams to implement and support HR systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet organizational HR needs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
• Engage actively in implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment stages to ensure project success.
• Identify and resolve functional issues within the HCM system promptly and efficiently.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals and training resources to support end-users.
• Work alongside various departmental teams to facilitate smooth delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of practical experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in one or multiple modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Strong grasp of HR business processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in system implementation, ongoing support, and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical capabilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholders efficiently.

Additional Information

This position requires working from the office primarily, with expectations to relocate to Hyderabad. We welcome candidates who have a graduate degree and a passion for supporting HR technology solutions.
