Job description
Role overview
Join a retail optical team in Singapore as an Optician and help customers with eye testing, lens selection, and in-store service. This position combines technical refraction work with customer guidance and day-to-day store support.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out refraction assessments and complete dispensing work for customers.
- Advise customers on suitable lenses, lens coatings, and frames based on their needs.
- Keep accurate records of prescriptions, work orders, and payment details.
- Assist with routine store operations and general retail duties.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid OOB licence in Singapore.
- A minimum NITEC qualification in Opticianry or a related discipline is required.
- Experienced PV Opticians are encouraged to apply.
