Role summary

An opportunity is open for an Operator III, Hail Injection in Hail. The position involves running higher-output machinery to carry out related production steps, with frequent setup changes and limited influence over product quality.

What you will do

  • Run equipment across more than one process area and carry out basic troubleshooting when needed.
  • Assist senior operators in organizing field-level activities so operations continue without interruption.
  • Check that equipment in the assigned work area is properly prepared for maintenance work.
  • Act as the first point of contact between maintenance and operations to help work proceed in the process area.
  • Support emergency response activities in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Follow all quality and HSE requirements to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Watch out for the safety of coworkers and offer guidance where needed to reduce the risk of incidents.
  • Take part in training activities to maintain required performance standards.

Eligibility and experience

Candidates should hold a diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.

Skills and knowledge

The role calls for practical understanding of plant operations, manufacturing and operational processes, industry and product awareness, technical safety, effective communication, and working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong English speaking and writing ability is also required.
