Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Operations Supervisor / Supply Chain Lead / Storekeeper to manage operational tasks, coordinate supply chain activities, and oversee inventory management efficiently. Key Duties

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance while promoting teamwork among remote cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional exposure in operations, supply chain management, warehouse oversight, inventory control, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows, inventory handling, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
• Understanding of procurement procedures, stock management, demand forecasting, and best operational practices.
• Experience with inventory reporting, monitoring performance, and applying continuous improvement techniques.
• Capability to analyze operational data and compile business reports that aid decision-making.
• Effective multitasking and collaboration skills suitable for a fully remote working environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience guiding operational projects and managing cross-functional teams.
