About the Role

This role is offered by a partner company recruiting an Operations Specialist located in the United States. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing daily business operations involving sales, purchasing, and administrative projects within an international setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of sales and purchasing processes, including customer proposals, issuance of purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor invoice approval.
  • Accurately process and monitor customer purchase orders ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Facilitate communication between customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational procedures.
  • Keep project frameworks, budgets, and administrative documentation current within internal platforms.
  • Work closely with project management teams to provide administrative support throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate across global and local teams to maintain operational consistency.
  • Support multiple departments such as operations, marketing, and human resources with administrative tasks.
  • Drive process improvements while delivering excellent service to customers and vendors alike.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree; preferred fields include Business, Economics, or Law.
  • Experience in sales operations servicing multinational clients is necessary.
  • Background in business administration within global or international firms is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is an added advantage.
  • Flexible availability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently while collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
