About the Role
We are seeking a high-level operational leader to bring structure, accountability, and process discipline to a fast-moving luxury fashion and jewelry business. This is a hands-on role in a founder-led environment, focused on creating order from chaos and driving operational excellence. You will own systems, dashboards, timelines, inventory processes, ERP organization, logistics coordination, and cross-functional accountability, working directly with leadership to enhance daily business operations. The goal is to connect sales, production, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and finance processes to enable scalable growth with improved visibility, streamlined systems, and stronger execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain operational structure across production, inventory, logistics, sales support, and internal reporting.
- Enhance the organization, data integrity, workflows, and team utilization of ApparelMagic.
- Develop and manage operational dashboards for purchase orders, production status, inventory levels, deadlines, and outstanding issues.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for critical workflows.
- Optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, receiving procedures, and order tracking systems.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales, production, logistics, design, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, delays, and process breakdowns.
- Implement clear operating rhythms, reporting cadences, and follow-up mechanisms.
- Define team responsibilities and ensure timely task completion.
- Assist leadership with operational planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Introduce structure into a high-growth environment without impeding business momentum.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of operations experience within the fashion, jewelry, accessories, apparel, or consumer products sectors, particularly those with a high SKU count.
- A solid understanding of production, inventory management, logistics, and general operational workflows.
- Prior ERP system experience is highly desirable, with a preference for ApparelMagic or comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards, SOPs, tracking systems, or reporting mechanisms.
- Proficiency in project management, communication, and diligent follow-through.
- Comfort and experience working in a hands-on, founder-led company culture.
- Preference for candidates based in or near New York City.
- Specific experience with ApparelMagic is strongly preferred.
Additional Information
This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, complemented by a bonus structure linked to operational performance and company growth. The position provides significant growth potential and direct exposure to executive leadership.
