Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut addresses complex challenges on a large scale, focusing on designing systems that enhance efficiency and support worldwide expansion. The Operations Manager for Card Payments will play a key role in advancing global expansion efforts and optimizing card payment processes to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine processes for launching card products in new markets globally.
• Lead and oversee projects aimed at improving core payments infrastructure in coordination with engineering teams.
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality and the overall card lifecycle experience for customers.
• Manage vital relationships with key vendors involved throughout the card lifecycle.
• Identify, plan, and implement strategies to improve unit economics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• A 2:1 degree or above, preferably in STEM disciplines.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Experience or familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies.
