Partnering with more than 200 creators, the company distributes trending products across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. Their ambition is to become the top creator-driven e-commerce supermarket in Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive serves as the central force ensuring smooth logistics and coordination within WELIVE. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will be integral to managing supply chains and driving campaign execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle the processing, packing, and fulfillment of online orders across various sales channels.
• Track inventory flow, including stock movements, replenishments, and managing deliveries.
• Maintain and update product listings by adjusting prices, photos, and related details.
• Support promotion setups and assist with running fundamental advertising campaigns.
• Aid founders in welcoming new creators and coordinating livestream sessions.
• Gain comprehensive insights into the operational facets of e-commerce.

Additional Information
