Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Executive to efficiently manage daily logistics and inventory tasks. The primary responsibilities include optimizing dispatch procedures, overseeing stock management, and supervising the packing process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve dispatch routes and processes to ensure orders are sent on time and correctly.
- Perform daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare stock in advance based on incoming orders to meet dispatch schedules.
- Oversee the parcel packing procedures to guarantee secure delivery to customers.
- Generate daily reports related to stock and dispatch activities, updating management accordingly.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Requirements
- Basic experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics roles.
- Accuracy in maintaining numerical and inventory records.
- Ability to stay organized and complete tasks on time.
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for stock entry.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹15,000, dependent on experience and performance.
