Role Summary
Under the leadership of the Director of Operations, the Operations Analyst will hold a pivotal position within the Operations department. This role involves supporting bank reconciliation, trade settlement processes, security pricing verification, proxy voting coordination, daily cash flow handling, and managing corporate actions. Additional duties include reconciling custodian bank statements, overseeing quarterly directed brokerage commissions, generating daily T+0 performance and cash flow reports, and driving the monthly cash flow reporting cycle.
Key Skills and Attributes
- At least two to three years of experience in a financial services role.
- A bachelor's degree demonstrating strong academic achievement.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel combined with solid technical skills.
- Familiarity or experience with industry tools such as CRD, Bloomberg, Eagle, Omgeo CTM, Alert, and Electra is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration across different teams and management levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Ability to operate independently, as well as part of a team environment.
- Proficient written communication and professional business writing abilities.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000, with additional eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
