This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to daily operations. Key duties include managing order processing, data entry, and system record updates. The coordinator will assist in planning and scheduling measurement and installation tasks according to established procedures and client needs. Responsibilities also extend to coordinating daily truck and driver deployments, assisting with vehicle scheduling, and preparing technical drawings, potentially using CAD software. The position requires liaising between various departments and subcontractors to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and proper billing. Additionally, the role involves verifying subcontractor invoices, handling general office administrative tasks such as filing and scanning, and performing any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess at least a GCE "O" Level or a Diploma equivalent. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative coordination is required. The ideal applicant will be capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and can thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets is essential. Familiarity with numbers and technical drawings is necessary, and knowledge of Singaporean roads would be beneficial.
