Overview
WebInfo Software is seeking a seasoned Online Reputation Management (ORM) specialist with hands-on experience handling and resolving negative reviews on major review and social platforms. The role focuses on legitimate, policy-compliant methods for disputing, reporting, and managing reviews on sites such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, and similar channels.
What you will do
- Assess negative online reviews and determine the best course of action.
- Spot reviews that appear to breach platform rules or guidelines.
- Prepare and submit removal requests, reports, and appeals.
- Work with support teams at the relevant platforms when needed.
- Create and execute strategies to strengthen the brand’s online reputation.
- Track review activity across platforms and share progress updates regularly.
- Suggest sustainable best practices for long-term reputation management.
What we are looking for
- Solid prior experience in online reputation management.
- A record of successfully getting reviews removed or resolved on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and comparable platforms.
- Clear knowledge of review policies, moderation rules, and dispute processes.
- Strong written communication and accurate documentation abilities.
- Evidence of past successes through examples, case studies, or similar work samples.
Preferred background
- Familiarity with Trustpilot, Glassdoor, BBB, and other review sites is an advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
- Exposure to Google Business Profile management and local listing optimization is helpful.
