Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident educators to join our team as online math instructors on an onsite basis. Teachers will be responsible for delivering dynamic mathematics lessons through our structured online program using proprietary teaching tools and materials. Successful candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of two lessons weekly, beginning in July.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive, high-energy math lessons online for groups of up to eight students.
• Review lesson materials and produce preparatory recordings when required to ensure lesson quality.
• Attend all scheduled classes punctually, avoiding absences or rescheduling.

Schedule

Lesson timings vary per term and student/teacher availability:

• Fall/Spring term: Fridays, 18:00-21:00 (UTC +8); Saturdays and Sundays, 08:30-20:30 (UTC +8).
• Summer term: Mondays and Thursdays, 08:30-20:30 (UTC +8); Wednesdays and Saturdays, 08:30-20:30 (UTC +8).

Course Details

Classes involve weekly 90-minute sessions conducted on the ClassIn platform. Course content is based on lessons and presentations developed by JadeClass's in-house team, with full training and support provided to instructors.

Technology Requirements

• Reliable internet connection with upload and download speeds of at least 20 Mbps.
• A modern, dependable computer with benchmark scores above 10,000 on CPU benchmarking platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience teaching math at elementary, middle, or high school levels, either online or face-to-face.
• Able to communicate mathematical concepts clearly, simply, and logically.
• Capable of blending personal teaching methods with established JadeClass instructional standards.
• Highly reliable and organized, prepared to attend all scheduled sessions.
• Engaging, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills.
• Professional and tidy appearance during sessions.
• Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation.

Compensation

• Initial lessons are compensated at US$100 for each 90-minute session, which includes preparation and teaching time.
• Repeating previously taught lessons is paid at US$75 per 90-minute session.
• An additional US$25 is awarded for recording preparatory videos before teaching a lesson for the first time.
• Payments are disbursed monthly via Wise.com between the 10th and 12th of each month.
