Job description
Role overview
A finance transformation consultancy is hiring a Support Consultant to join its Singapore-based post-implementation support team. The company is still in an early growth phase, which means this role offers the opportunity to help define and improve the support function rather than simply inherit an established process.
In this position, you will act as the main contact for clients after their OneStream solution has gone live. Your focus will be to diagnose and fix issues, manage small changes, and ensure the platform continues to run effectively for each client.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for client OneStream environments after implementation has gone live.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues related to workflows, business rules, and reporting.
- Assess and process change requests and minor enhancements within existing solutions.
- Communicate with clients to understand their support needs and decide what should be addressed first.
- Record resolutions clearly and keep track of repeat issues for future reference.
- Help establish and expand the support service as the team and business continue to grow.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of practical OneStream experience, preferably gained in a consultancy setting. This role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously in a remote, client-facing environment and can stay structured while solving technical problems.
Strong analytical thinking, a disciplined troubleshooting style, and clear communication are important, especially when dealing directly with clients. Holding a OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) credential would be beneficial, though it is not mandatory.
What’s offered
- The opportunity to build a long-term career within a function that is actively expanding.
- Early involvement in shaping how the support practice is structured and delivered.
- Exposure to a diverse client portfolio with ongoing learning opportunities.
- A supportive environment with increasing responsibility over time.
Additional information
This is a full-time remote position based in Singapore. Interested candidates were invited to share their CV or speak confidentially with the hiring team.
