Role Overview

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail and customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and dispatching online orders while following strict safety and food hygiene protocols to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully and efficiently pick and assemble orders from multiple temperature zones, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with precision, distinguishing similar products by name, quantity, and product codes to guarantee order accuracy.
• Maintain the highest quality standards by selecting undamaged, fresh products for each order.
• Accurately interpret and complete all documentation and labels including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize space usage by packing totes efficiently without compromising product quality standards.
• Balance order fulfillment tasks with customer service interactions, helping to resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene guidelines, including keeping the workspace clean and sanitized, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, performing all required pre-use safety inspections.
• Support the company’s mission and values through positive behaviors.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending operational, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction enhancements.
• Demonstrate adaptability in completing or adjusting work assignments based on customer needs and daily delivery schedules.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
