Role Overview

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and enhance your retail skills. In this position, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and dispatching online orders while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. Adherence to strict safety and hygiene protocols is essential to deliver a satisfying customer experience and build loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully select and prepare orders from various temperature-controlled sections to ensure timely delivery.
• Pack orders meticulously, verifying product names, quantities, and codes to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure that all chosen products meet high-quality standards, free from damage and freshness concerns.
• Accurately document and label orders by interpreting relevant pick slips, packaging instructions, and shipping labels.
• Efficiently organize items in totes to maximize space usage without compromising quality.
• Balance order fulfillment duties with excellent customer interactions, assisting with inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Strictly follow safety procedures and food hygiene guidelines, keeping work areas clean, promptly cleaning spills, and maintaining debris-free totes.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, performing all required pre-use inspections.
• Support the company’s mission and values through responsible behavior and participation in continuous improvement initiatives related to operations, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changes in work assignments to accommodate customer needs and meet daily deadlines.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.00.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
