Role Overview

MINA Awards is hiring a detail-focused and highly organized Office Manager to keep day-to-day workplace operations running efficiently. The role is centered on building a smooth, productive, and welcoming office environment while supporting teams and improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of routine office activities and general administrative coordination.
  • Work with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and service partners to keep operations flowing without disruption.
  • Create, update, and maintain office policies, procedures, and working standards.
  • Look after office assets, supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.
  • Manage internal correspondence, calendars, scheduling, and other administrative support tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and contribute to employee engagement efforts.
  • Track office spending, budgets, and related documentation, reports, and records.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall workplace efficiency.

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle several tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in parallel.
