Overview
This position, offered through a partner company based in Canada, entails managing compliance for OEM programs within the automotive technology sector. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold a thorough understanding of OEM programs, policies, and compliance mandates.
- Coordinate daily tasks with leadership and internal teams to guarantee alignment with OEM initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with OEM program managers, agencies, and partners to facilitate program rollout and continual updates.
- Manage dealer website modifications, resources, and documentation to align with OEM standards and expectations.
- Support internal departments such as Sales, Customer Support, and Website Delivery with guidance related to OEM requirements.
- Engage in partner meetings and calls to stay abreast of program alterations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Examine program data and reports, identifying avenues for enhancement and proposing feasible actions.
- Conduct compliance audits to detect gaps and help implement corrective measures.
- Maintain precise records and reports associated with OEM programs.
- Assist with the creation of training materials, internal documentation, and communications.
- Partner with teams across functions to refine workflows and communications for achieving program goals.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing OEM program effectiveness and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience in customer service, operations, account management, compliance, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly express ideas and suggestions.
- Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and develop effective solutions.
- Superior organizational and time management skills capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to precision in reporting, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, procedures, and business needs.
- Focused on customer satisfaction with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proficiency with commonly used software tools, systems, and digital platforms.

- Bilingual fluency in English and French is advantageous.
