Role Overview

You will manage a varied caseload customized to your preferences, conducting detailed clinical assessments and providing evidence-based interventions that improve participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and functional evaluations to determine client needs and set achievable goals.
  • Create tailored treatment plans aligned with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant objectives and supported by current evidence-based practice.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions across diverse caseloads including pediatric, adult, and complex needs clients.
  • Advise on and apply Assistive Technology solutions that significantly enhance participant independence and daily living.
  • Produce thorough clinical reports and maintain all documentation in accordance with NDIS and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.
  • Commit to ongoing professional growth through continuous learning, reflective practice, and involvement with the latest occupational therapy research.
