Role overview
This position is centered on creating, configuring, and handing over end-to-end supply planning solutions on the o9 platform. It connects business planning needs with technical delivery by managing supply planning logic, o9 data structures, system integrations, and solution performance. The role partners with planners, technology teams, and ERP stakeholders to build planning solutions that are scalable, accurate, and easy for users to adopt.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape and implement supply planning processes in o9.
- Support capacity-driven and constraint-based planning approaches.
- Handle multi-level BOM and network planning requirements.
- Set up planning logic for lead times, lot sizing, calendars, and planning horizons.
- Convert business needs into planning policies, constraints, and solver behavior.
- Review planning outputs and confirm they reflect real manufacturing and distribution conditions.
- Create and maintain o9 planning models.
- Define and support integrations between o9 and ERP systems such as SAP ECC/S4 and APO/ePPDS.
- Work with data teams on master data such as BOMs, routings, resources, and calendars.
- Coordinate transactional data flows including demand, inventory, and orders.
- Support outbound planning outputs such as planned orders, STRs, STOs, and production proposals.
- Maintain data integrity, resolve reconciliation issues, and manage error handling.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in supply planning.
- o9 Solutions certification in Supply Planning.
- Background in CPG or manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to IBP, S&OP, or MPS processes.
- Experience with global implementations and large data volumes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Solution-oriented mindset focused on quality and business results.
Additional role details
The position requires 10% to 20% travel. It is a full-time role. No relocation assistance is available.
