Role overview
This six-month contract opportunity is for a Global NSW Brand Manager based in Beaverton, Oregon, with a hybrid setup and onsite work required Monday through Thursday. The role sits within Nike Sportswear and focuses on shaping and delivering global brand strategy that connects consumer understanding, product direction, and seasonal storytelling to create integrated plans that strengthen relevance and support growth across regions.
The position calls for someone who can move confidently between strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, while working closely with cross-functional partners to keep brand direction clear, aligned, and consistently executed.

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to global and seasonal NSW brand plans that support broader strategic goals.
- Turn consumer, market, and cultural insights into practical brand opportunities.
- Help shape sharp, actionable briefs that inform integrated marketing efforts.
- Support end-to-end seasonal storytelling so product, brand, and consumer moments remain aligned.
- Work with Brand Creative, Digital, Retail, and other marketing teams to ensure unified execution.
- Coordinate with geography teams to tailor global direction for local market needs.
- Assist with planning workflows, timelines, and deliverables to keep execution on schedule.
Stakeholder collaboration
You will operate across a broad internal network that includes Brand Management, Creative, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, and Geography Brand teams. The role requires close coordination with both global and regional stakeholders to maintain alignment and smooth delivery of brand initiatives.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 6 to 8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to turn strategy into execution with strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning and project management capabilities with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Clear communication style with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand.
- Strong interest in sport, culture, and the Nike Sportswear consumer.
Preferred experience
- Background in a global or matrixed organization.
- Exposure to integrated marketing across digital and retail channels.
- Experience working with creative teams on briefing and evaluating creative output.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, changing environments with some ambiguity.

Work arrangement: hybrid. Onsite days are Monday through Thursday.
