Job Description
We are seeking experienced Content Moderation Analysts for a non-voice process executive role. The position involves reviewing video and other content, enforcing policies, and ensuring trust and safety on the platform. Responsibilities include handling complex content, identifying policy violations, managing hate and harassment workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and making appropriate moderation decisions in line with platform and customer guidelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in escalation management and independent decision-making within fast-paced moderation environments. Excellent English communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze video and other digital content to identify policy violations.
- Enforce platform policies related to hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited content.
- Handle escalation of complex cases and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain high-quality analysis and moderation scores.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Make independent decisions regarding content moderation actions.
