Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the comprehensive, award-winning 12-month Skin School program to obtain a CIBTAC qualification recognized industry-wide.
• Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Clearly communicate the science and advanced ingredients behind No7 products by translating technical information into customer-friendly insights.
• Offer expert advice on makeup application, including shade selection, product demonstrations, and routine development.
• Promote products, special offers, innovations, and new launches to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships that foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve commercial goals.
• Maintain a visually appealing counter that effectively showcases the No7 range, reinforcing its premium yet accessible brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A genuine enthusiasm for skincare and makeup, coupled with a desire to help customers feel confident.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Confidence when engaging with customers and demonstrating skincare and makeup techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience applying skincare and beauty products directly on customers.
