About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate during US and Canadian market trading hours to provide equity and CFD execution services for both Institutional and Retail clients.
• Utilize multiple trading platforms for order execution in US and Canada markets.
• Verify orders received via phone thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
• Compile and distribute end-of-day trade reports to relevant departments.
• Enter post-trade information into designated databases for contract generation.
• Enhance existing workflows to streamline order processing and minimize errors.
• Manage filing and documentation systematically.
• Collaborate closely with Trading Representatives and other departments to address and resolve trade-related discrepancies.
• Work on Singapore public holidays as required.

Requirements

• Strong responsibility and ownership mindset.
• Adaptability to change, ability to handle ambiguity, engage in constructive conflict, and take informed risks.
• Excellent teamwork skills coupled with entrepreneurial drive.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in trading operations.
• Possession of professional licenses M1, M5, M6, or M6A is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the trading ecosystem lifecycle.
• Knowledge of basic algorithmic trading applications is a plus.
• Experience with other markets such as SET, IDX, Bursa, HKEX, ASX, or TSE is beneficial.
• Familiarity with FIS and Bloomberg platforms is favorable.
