About the Role
We are recruiting for the position of Network Management Executive at ACT Fibernet, located in Mumbai. The role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in ISP or Telecom industries. The executive will be responsible for managing and operating network infrastructure to support ongoing telecom services.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and configuring Optical Line Terminals (OLT).
- Assisting with the launch of new network clusters.
- Monitoring network performance and resolving issues proactively.
- Diagnosing and fixing fiber optic and connectivity problems.
- Coordinating effectively with Field Representatives and Service Delivery teams.
- Generating Management Information System reports and managing escalation procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of OLTs, fiber optic networks, and general ISP operations.
- Basic familiarity with routers, switches, LAN/WAN concepts, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting aptitude coupled with effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 network support.
Eligibility and Academic Requirements
Candidates must have completed 12th grade, diploma, or graduation in IT, Telecom, or Networking.
