Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Manage provider onboarding ensuring compliance with documentation and operational benchmarks.
  • Maintain the health of the network by routinely auditing provider performance and driving quality standards.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize network coverage and presence across various regions.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors to guarantee smooth roadside assistance operations.
  • Effectively oversee service cost management through provider negotiations and cost control strategies.
  • Monitor cost trends to uncover areas for financial optimization.
  • Reconcile payment transactions with service providers to ensure accuracy and prompt settlements.
  • Resolve queries related to network operations and implement preventive measures against recurring issues.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold network operational standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer vendor management to streamline workflow and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Track network performance metrics and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a centralized network support team, fostering high performance and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate across departments—including finance, operations, and customer service—to ensure cohesive execution of network strategies.
  • Handle customer escalations diligently and work with customer service teams to drive satisfaction improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong technical knowledge in automobile repair and roadside assistance network management.
  • Experience leading teams and nurturing employee skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to implement and monitor structured processes.
  • Expertise in vendor management, price negotiations, and cost control.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis, with project management skills; familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
