Role Overview
Step into the role of a storyteller and guide for the enchanting Te Anau Glowworm Caves. In this unique position, you will lead visitors through some of New Zealand's most stunning natural landscapes, sharing compelling stories about indigenous plants, animals, and geology that bring the environment to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely escort groups through scenic locations while providing engaging and informative commentary.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure all tour moments are enjoyable and memorable.
- Maintain pristine conditions in service areas and uphold strict safety standards, including evaluating conditions like high water levels and assisting with risk planning confidently.

Qualifications and Attributes
- Possession of a current First Aid certificate is preferred.
