Project Overview
This assignment is for careful observers who can help assess the customer experience at high-end spa venues. The purpose is to review service standards, staff conduct, and the overall feel of the visit during a routine treatment appointment.
What the Role Involves
- Check the spa’s website in advance to understand the treatments offered and how bookings are made.
- Call the spa to enquire and reserve a regular facial or massage session lasting no more than 60 minutes.
- Reach the location ahead of time and note the condition of the reception area and waiting space.
- During the appointment, let the team guide the consultation and suggest suitable treatments instead of asking for a specific option right away.
- Identify the staff you interact with in a discreet way, either by reading name badges or asking their names politely.
- Pay attention to how professionally the team behaves and how the guest experience unfolds from start to finish.
- Capture photos during the visit where it is appropriate to do so.
- Retain the payment receipt so reimbursement can be processed.
Reporting Requirements
- Complete and submit a thorough visit report within 24 hours after the appointment.
- Provide the photos and receipt along with the report to qualify for reimbursement.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong powers of observation.
- Comfortable following instructions while staying discreet throughout the visit.
- Dependable internet access for submitting the report.
