Role overview
Elenjical Solutions, a Murex business partner with operations across Johannesburg, South Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, is seeking an experienced Murex Front Office Consultant for its Saudi Arabia team.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience required: 3 to 5 years in Murex Front Office support and development.
Core responsibilities
- Configure and support Murex front office modules.
- Prepare, maintain, and validate static data such as generators, bonds, currency pairs, and similar reference items.
- Set up and validate market curves.
- Configure the e-trade pad.
- Develop pre-trade functionality.
- Build, debug, and enhance simulation and live book view features.
- Analyse and explain profit and loss movements.
- Provide support to front office and middle office users.
- Collect functional requirements and carry out business analysis.
- Offer functional support to other delivery streams.
- Handle instrument pricing and validation tasks.
Education and role requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, financial risk management, or financial engineering is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments is essential.
- Working understanding of derivative pricing is required, especially across fixed income, interest rate derivatives, money markets, FX, and commodities.
- Basic knowledge of financial risk measures is required.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CQF, or PRM are an advantage.
Consulting and delivery skills
- Ability to gather and interpret client requirements accurately.
- Capability to design practical solutions from business needs.
- Experience in software development and implementation.
- Ability to support scoping and effort estimation.
- Skill in configuring systems or developing software to meet functional needs.
- Strong planning and task execution discipline.
- Clear documentation of requirements, solutions, and configuration details.
- Ability to define and support unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
- Comfortable training developers and end users.
- Capable of providing post-implementation support.
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation handling.

Language requirements
English proficiency at C2 level is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
