Multi Skill Technician

About the Role

We are seeking Multi Skill Technicians to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time onsite position requires individuals experienced in diverse facilities management areas, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Works. Candidates will be expected to deliver top-quality work aligned with current industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to the highest standards consistent with best practices.
• Apply multi-disciplinary skills across facilities management including MEP and civil tasks.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with tenants to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Build and sustain constructive relationships with colleagues and respond effectively to their concerns.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
• Address guest requests and requirements promptly and efficiently.
• Execute additional duties as directed by supervisors.
• Participate in shift work as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience within the Facilities Management sector in the UAE.
• No specific formal qualification listed; however, practical experience and skills in MEP and Civil Works are essential.
