Job description
About the Role
Quantuma is looking for a Multi-Media Producer to join its central growth team. The role sits within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary function that helps group businesses generate demand, create leads, uncover cross-sell opportunities and move prospects through the pipeline across multiple channels and a broad digital presence.
You will report to the Creative Studio Manager and collaborate closely with copywriters, paid media specialists, email and social teams, website teams, and brand managers who lead go-to-market activity for each business. The aim is to strengthen engagement and improve conversion across digital channels.
This position calls for someone who can use video, animation and photography to tell compelling stories, understands the difference between native and non-native ad placements, and can build creative assets that follow channel best practice. You should also be comfortable working with AI and production tools to deliver content quickly and effectively.
The role covers the full production cycle for video and photography, from idea development and planning through filming, editing and final delivery. You will also look after the company’s digital asset management system, keeping content organised, easy to find and current through Monday.
Because content demand is high, this is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a quick pace and wants to produce work that has visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and photography content that connects with audiences and supports marketing goals.
- Develop assets tailored to funnel stage and audience motivation.
- Build conversion-focused storyboards that guide viewers toward the next best action.
- Produce social video content with channel-specific knowledge for YouTube Shorts and longer-form video, LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok.
- Create assets for display and programmatic campaigns, including native and non-native placements that support lower-funnel conversion.
- Produce video, animation and visual content that helps improve landing page conversion rates.
- Handle podcast production end to end, from filming to editing, to create content that keeps audiences engaged.
- Use AI agents to generate tailored assets for niche ICP segments while working within a controlled IP governance framework.
- Manage the YouTube channels, including category organisation, metadata support with SEO, and overall upkeep to improve visibility, subscribers and views.
- Design and maintain video thumbnails that improve clarity and increase view-through performance.
- Run a clear testing approach across channels and initiatives to generate learning and improve engagement over time.
- Work with SEO colleagues to create videos linked to key commercial pages and integrate them into YouTube to support search performance.
- Act as a brand guardian while also adapting brand guidelines to improve digital performance in partnership with the Head of Brand & Comms.
- Create brand-led and influencer-led video formats, including intro and outro sequences and strong call-to-action elements.
- Turn ideas into polished final output, ranging from emotional stories to campaign-led pieces and short digital edits.
- Work independently as a self-shooter and collaborate effectively with brand and marketing stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisation and project management.
- Build rapport with people and capture authentic moments while working with senior stakeholders, internal and external contacts, and journalists.
- Travel across the UK for shoots and content collection when needed; travel expenses will be paid by the company.
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Background in a fast-paced B2B environment focused on demand generation and lead generation.
- Experience creating brand films, short-form videos, animated GIFs and podcast edits, including animated overlays.
- Experience managing live-streaming platforms.
- Ability to produce ads for multiple paid media channels, including Google PMax, display, social media, connected TV and similar formats.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Runway and other emerging platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means contributing to improved performance across key channels, including stronger PPC click-through rates through asset-led data extensions, better view-through conversions on display and programmatic channels, growth in subscribers, reach, watch time, views, likes and follows, and improved email click-through and landing page conversion performance.
